As a Service Technician, you will work at one of our beautiful communities and represent Mark-Taylor through the delivery of exceptional customer service while contributing to the upkeep of the physical asset and community grounds.

The starting hourly pay range for Service Technicians is $22.00, depending on experience and community complexity. The schedule may include weekends, and participation in a rotating on-call schedule with shift differential pay is required.
