You will complete maintenance tasks, document warranty/service actions, and ensure proper installation and operation while upholding a respectful customer experience.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in carpentry, remodeling, or window/door installation.
• Ability to install a window or door from start to finish, including trim.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stay organized and complete service documentation.
• Comfort using Apple devices and mobile apps.
• Valid U.S. driver's license.
