• Use basic skills to communicate and use simple tools and measuring devices to assist with roof maintenance and repairs
• Lay out materials needed to complete the job.
• Clean-up work area after finishing the job.
• Repair or replace broken materials
• Remove debris from roofs to place materials
• Ensure roofs protect buildings from weather conditions, such as rain or snow
• Follow safety rules
• Operate Vehicles, mechanized devices, equipment, and hand tools.
• Perform test cut in various roof systems and properly patch.
• Communicate with the Service Manager, Service Supervisor and Project Supervisor in order to complete the daily project goals.
• Available to travel, in and out-of-state for both short and long-term assignments
