Job summary

BC Construction Services in Central Ohio is seeking a mid-level exterior trades technician to assist with roofing, siding, gutters, windows and door repairs and installations. This role includes working with property management and residential clients, and is a W-2 employee position.

Major tools, a company vehicle, and ladders are provided to perform duties safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate has prior experience with roof systems, siding, gutters, windows, and doors, can lift up to 50

Qualifications

• Experience with roof systems, siding, gutters, windows and doors repairs/installations.
• Construction experience required.
• Comfortable with heights.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Knowledge of basic tools is a must.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Reliable transportation to work.
• Bilingual/Spanish speaking is a plus (not required).

Responsibilities

• Assist in roofing, siding, gutter, window and door repairs/installations and related exterior work.
• Support projects for residential clients and property management accounts.
• Utilize provided tools, ladders, and company vehicle to complete tasks.

We are looking to fill a position to assist in roofing, siding, gutter, windows and door repairs/ installations, and other exterior related work. This is a mid-level position, and relevant experience is required. We are connected and committed to servicing several property management companies in Central Ohio, new construction projects and residential clientele. This is a W-2 employee opportunity which includes workers compensation; not sub-contractor work. Major tools, company vehicle and ladders are provided.

Requirements:

• Some previous experience with common roof systems, siding, gutter, windows, and doors repairs/ installations
• Construction experience
• Must be comfortable with heights
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently
• Must possess knowledge of basic tools
• Valid driver’s license,
• Clean driving record and
• Reliable transportation to work
• Bilingual/ Spanish speaking is a plus (not required)
