Drucker + Falk is seeking a Maintenance/Service Technician to perform make-ready repairs on vacant units prior to move-in. You will report to the Service Manager and must be ready for 24-hour on-call rotations for site emergencies, including after hours and weekends.
Responsibilities include completing work orders promptly, assisting with inventory, and ensuring the grounds and maintenance shop are clean and organized.
Weekend hours: On-call rotation required; which includes after hours and weekend hours for site emergencies
The Maintenance/Service Technician reports directly to the Service Manager and is responsible for performing make-ready repairs to all vacant units prior to move-in. HVAC certified preferred.
DRUCKER + FALK
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Current driver's license, CFC Certificate (Where Needed)
HVAC, Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical skills, Pool certification (if required)
Knowledge of OSHA regulations, MSDS standards
