Job Details:

Schedule: Tuesday-Friday 10 hour shift 10:30am to 9:00 pm

Pay: $28.74/hr

What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?

Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Works under limited supervision .

Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose multiple types of complex fountain machine equipment ( e.g. B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine) to determine work, parts, and materials needed and make required repairs
  • Travel to and from customer locations in assigned area
  • Effective and appropriate interaction with customers, management, and associates
  • Upon completion of service call, clean and sanitize equipment, clean work area
  • By use of handheld device; document travel, labor, and materials (parts and supplies) use for each activity
  • Correctly check in and out equipment and materials (parts and supplies)
  • Maintain accurate parts inventory ($30-$35K est. value). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe vehicle
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma (or GED) required
  • Ability to complete B.E.S.T., Freestyle Series, ABS, Remote Refrigeration, Water Filtration, Hot Beverage, Juice Machine, and Fundamental Skills certifications within 1 year from hire required
  • CFC Refrigeration Certification preferred
  • 2+ years experience in diagnosis & repair of consumer or commercial appliances required
  • 1+ years beverage service technician (EFC, Fountain install, bottle/can reactive) experience preferred
  • Must be able to demonstrate proficiency in SAP CONA, Microsoft Outlook, and PDF reader on an iPhone and/or iPad type device
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Must have a valid driver’s license
  • Possible CDL requirement in some locations/positions
  • Driving record must meet Swire’s vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays as assigned
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds

Base pay range is $28.74 plus bonus structure (dependent on role). Pay offered will depend on candidate’s geographic location, prior relevant experience, knowledge, skills, & abilities.
