What does a Service Technician do at Swire Coca Cola?
Visit customers in assigned geography to diagnose and repair moderate to highly complex Coca-Cola beverage equipment provided to customers for resale of Coca-Cola products. Equipment includes fountain beverage dispensers, coolers, and ancillary equipment. Visits (service orders) are generally scheduled through assigned dispatcher but can be technician generated proactively. Works under limited supervision.
