We are looking for a Ford Certified Service Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong service technician background and be ASE & Ford certified. The day-to-day duties include performing work on specific repair orders and diagnosing necessary repairs.

Responsibilities:

• Perform work specified on the repair order efficiently and according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional needed services and provide time estimates for repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty following manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of Service Technician experience
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• Ford Certification
• Previous experience at a Ford dealership preferred
• B level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
• Dexterity and steady hand with excellent hand-eye coordination
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills, ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
• Excellent customer service skills and basic computer skills
• Positive, friendly attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to work in a dynamic environment and collaborate effectively with teammates
• Willingness to learn new technology, repair, and service procedures
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
