Ball Equipment in the United States is seeking a Service Technician Level 2 to repair, service, and tune top-tier powersports vehicles and premium lawn-and-garden equipment. You will follow OEM manuals, document work in LightSpeed DMS, and collaborate with a Service Writer to ensure quality, timely repairs.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in related service, strong diagnostic skills, a larger personal tool set, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required; valid driver’s license.
  • 2–4 years of service experience in powersports, lawn & garden, automotive, or related fields.
  • Solid communication skills, verbal & written.
  • Larger personal tool set required; dealership will supply specialty tools.
  • Factory training from carried brands is a plus.
  • Able to interpret OEM diagnostic systems and service procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Repair and service units using OEM manuals and diagnostic platforms.
  • Perform routine servicing, tune-ups, and inspections.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to the Service Writer(s).
  • Accurately record work on Repair Orders in LightSpeed DMS.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work bay and follow safety standards.
  • Work independently to complete Repair Orders in a timely manner.

In this role, you will directly impact our dealership's success by repairing, and servicing top-tier powersports vehicles and premium lawn and garden equipment.
