As a Service Technician, you will work at one of our communities, delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the physical asset and grounds.

Responsibilities include:

1. Assist in completing make-ready units to company standards and maintain an adequate supply of ready units.
2. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair minor HVAC, appliance, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and drywall issues.
3. Perform repairs and preventative maintenance on vacant units.
4. Maintain pool safety and chemical balance.
5. Perform minor roof repairs, re-key locks, and cut keys.
6. Inspect for safety hazards and address them.
7. Share on-call duties and respond promptly when needed.
8. Monitor inventory of parts and supplies.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge in plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, pool maintenance, appliances, and OSHA standards.
• Understanding of building systems.
• Service orientation and basic computer skills.
• Experience as an apartment turn or make-ready technician is preferred.
• Basic English communication skills.

The starting hourly pay is $22.00, based on experience and community complexity. The schedule may include weekends, with rotating on-call duties and differential pay.
