We are actively seeking experienced technicians for our Montgomery, AL market. Our compensation and benefit packages are at the top of the industry, and we are excited to continue our growth nationally.

Experienced technicians who meet our position requirements are eligible for a hiring bonus, paid after 90 days with the company.

We offer a market-leading compensation package, including our travel and overtime policy, $100 weekly on-call bonuses, as well as overtime for all after-hours and weekend calls, including portal-to-portal travel.

We work differently: our Service Technicians operate within geographical teams led by a Regional Service Manager, focusing on delivering excellence in the marketplace. We provide training, guidance, and support to help you deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair Commercial Refrigeration Equipment, Ice Machines, and HVAC systems, including installation and repair of various components.
  • Work on commercial kitchen & cooking equipment such as mixers, ovens, fryers, etc.
  • Communicate with manufacturers for diagnosis and parts identification.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Parts Departments for technical support and parts procurement.
  • Install parts professionally and timely, promote additional services, and maintain accurate administrative records.
  • Follow safety practices, maintain a neat truck, and assist colleagues as needed.
Qualifications

Essential: High School Diploma, valid driver’s license, knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems, minimum 3 years trade experience, ability to read technical manuals, physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, EPA Universal Certification, and willingness for on-call duties.

Preferred: Relevant certifications, experience in commercial refrigeration or cooking equipment, self-motivated, and able to prioritize tasks.

Work Environment

Exposure to mechanical parts, chemicals, high elevations, and outdoor conditions. Ability to kneel, bend, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
