Job summary

Groove Subaru Co in Englewood, CO is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician (Mainline Technician) to diagnose and repair vehicles in our growing Service Department.

You will perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC work using Subaru equipment, with a focus on quality and customer service. We offer a competitive flat-rate pay and ongoing Subaru training plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician experience required.
• Subaru experience is preferred but not required.
• ASE certifications are a plus.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability concerns.
• Perform engine, transmission, suspension, steering, brake, and HVAC repairs.
• Complete manufacturer-recommended maintenance services.
• Perform accurate diagnostics using Subaru diagnostic equipment and repair procedures.
• Maintain detailed repair orders and documentation.
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections.
• Work efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
• Follow all safety procedures and dealership policies.
• Collaborate with Service Advisors and fellow technicians to provide an exceptional customer experience.
