We are seeking a Manual Machinist in Chicago, IL, to support our aftermarket repair and upgrade business in the PRO Services shop. This role involves reading blueprints, operating various machine tools, and ensuring precise manufacturing of parts to specifications.

Essential Responsibilities

• Study blueprints and specifications to determine dimensions and setup requirements.
• Measure, mark, and scribe dimensions on materials.
• Select and secure appropriate fixtures and tools on machines.
• Set controls for machining factors and operate machines to produce parts.
• Verify dimensions and assembly accuracy, and install machined parts.

Position Requirements

• High School Diploma with 7-10 years of experience.
• Proficiency in operating manual and CNC lathes and mills.
• Strong troubleshooting and reading blueprints skills.
• Ability to work independently and in teams, with excellent communication skills.
