• High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required.
• Prior dealership or private repair experience of 3-5 years preferred.
• ASE certifications and Honda experience are a plus.

The flat rate pay range for this position is $28.80-$39.00 per flat rate hour, based on experience. This is a performance driven position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of the total compensation, which includes bonuses based on production/productivity.
