Job summary

DCH Honda of Mission Valley is seeking a Service Technician - Level A to diagnose and repair complex vehicle systems in a fast-paced dealership environment. You will perform advanced electrical, drivability, engine, transmission, and hybrid system repairs to Honda standards while upholding safety and quality goals.

We value mentorship of developing technicians, a strong work ethic, and the ability to manage multiple repair orders with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an automotive technician.
• 3+ years of automotive dealership experience.
• Previous experience with Honda or Acura brands.
• Diagnostic and troubleshooting expertise.
• Basic knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and the ability to use dealership computer systems.
• Prioritize multiple repair orders while meeting quality and time expectations.
• Acceptable driving record and a valid driver’s license in your state of residence.

Total Rewards

The Flat Rate Pay Range for this position is $38.00 - $45.00. This is a flat rate position that is also eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Bonuses based on Production Productivity. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
