Do you have general maintenance experience? Are you available for emergency on-call rotation? Do you enjoy working on plumbing, carpentry, painting and appliance repair? If so, we are looking for you to join our team as a Service Technician Lead!

We are offering a $2,000 sign on bonus!! Half will be paid at 30 days of employment and the other half at six months of employment.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Manage and perform resident work orders, including general repairs, plumbing and maintenance repairs
  • for future residents by completing standard checklist items set by our corporate office
  • Keep equipment both on the building and inside units, in working condition by following a year-round preventative maintenance schedule. For example, power washing breezeways and performing unit walks to check for signs of leakage.
  • Keep our grounds and amenities looking immaculate(including pools and indoor/outdoor BBQ grills)
  • Be in touch with leadershipabout potential unsafe or hazardous items on the property
  • Perform site inspections with Maintenance leadership and ensure safety policies and standards are met
  • Rotate on our on-call emergency repair service
  • Keep a pulse on inventory and order building materials and supplies as needed

Compensation:

  • $25.00- $27.00 / hour
  • with an annual bonus that is tied to performance

  • People Person – You deliver a WOW experience for each resident and ensure a great maintenance experience
  • Multitasking Master – You’re able to remain on task while handling multiple work orders
  • (Preferred, but not required)
    • HVAC: repairs, cleans, replaces, etc.
    • Plumbing : repairs, replace parts, installation
    • Carpentry: repairs and installs doors, shelves, countertops, locks, etc.
    • Painting: drywall/plaster repairs, painting
    • Electrical/Appliance : lighting, wiring, power circuits, replacing switches, etc.
