DH Pace Company, Inc. in Dallas, TX is seeking an Integrated Security Solutions Technician to service commercial security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion alarms, on-site at customer locations.

You will install, diagnose, repair, and maintain systems, train customers, and support service contracts while ensuring safety and quality. A valid driver's license and strong troubleshooting and customer-service skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in video surveillance and camera systems preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver's License and good driving record required.
• Strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.

Responsibilities

• Service systems including Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems and more.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure successful installations.
• Provide customer training and on-site assessments for service needs.
• Promote business opportunities for service contracts and maintain product knowledge.
• Keep a clean, safe work environment and manage job documentation efficiently.
• Maintain inventory on truck and have knowledge of all parts, numbers and descriptions.
• Other duties as assigned.

DH Pace Company, Inc. is hiring an Integrated Security Solutions Technician in Dallas, TX. In this position, you will be responsible for the service of Commercial Integrated Security Systems such as Electronic Access Control Systems, CCTV/Video Monitoring and Intrusion Alarm Systems.

Job Responsibilities:
