Job Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
• Provide excellent customer service
• Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain quality dwelling conditions
• Comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies
• Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
• EPA Certification (Type 2 or Universal)
• Experience in HVAC installation and troubleshooting
• Passing a criminal background check
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
• Spanish skills are a plus
• Initiative and excellent customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Must be 18 years or older
