Qualifications

Service Technician III

Job Responsibilities

  1. Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner.
  2. Provide excellent customer service to our Residents.
  3. Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
  4. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
  5. Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Requirements

  1. Have at least 3 years' experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills.
  2. Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal).
  3. HVAC installation experience.
  4. HVAC troubleshooting experience.
  5. Apartment maintenance experience is a plus.
  6. Have a valid driver's license.
  7. Passing a criminal background check required.
  8. Ability to lift 100 lbs.
  9. Spanish language skills are a plus.
  10. Initiative and customer service skill.
  11. Must be 18 years or older.
