Job Responsibilities

1. Complete service requests in a timely and proficient manner
2. Provide excellent customer service to our clients.
3. Repair and/or install all appliances and HVAC units as necessary to maintain a quality dwelling.
4. Must comply with all environmental and OSHA regulations and company policies.
5. Handle other general maintenance tickets as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Have at least 3 years of experience in HVAC repair, plumbing, basic carpentry, and electrical skills
2. Must be EPA Certified (Type 2 or Universal)
3. HVAC installation experience
4. HVAC troubleshooting experience
5. Passing a criminal background check required
6. Ability to lift 100 lbs.
7. Spanish skills are a plus.
8. Initiative and customer service skills
9. Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
10. Must be 18 years of age or older.
