Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Work safely and use proper PPE.
• Maintain property curb appeal.
• Assist and perform maintenance including grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Interior/exterior maintenance of common areas.
• Work on ladders/accessing roofs, attics, crawl spaces.
• Manage recycling and trash.
• Assist with weather-related cleanup (snow/ice).
• Clean amenity and common areas.
• Perform make-ready (cleaning/painting).
• Light audits and bulb replacement.
• Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts.
• Attend safety meetings and trainings.
• Assist at other communities as requested.
• Clean, vacuum & balance pools.

Job Responsibilities

• Work safely and use proper PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Maintain property curb appeal
• Assist and performs all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including grounds, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Interior common area and exterior maintenance
• Work may include accessing flats or low slope roofs, attics, crawl spaces and use of ladders
• Manage recycling and trash, including trash enclosures and compactor rooms
• Assist with weather-related cleanup, including snow and ice management
• Amenity and common area cleaning
• Uphold appearance grounds and common areas
• Perform make-ready, including cleaning and painting (full and touch-up painting interior walls, exterior walls, doors, etc..)
• Perform light audits and light bulb replacement
• Maintain and inspect shop, storerooms, equipment, and golf carts
• Attend associate meetings, safety meetings, and required training
• Assist at other communities as requested
• Clean, vacuum & balance pools
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

• EPA certification

• Assists and performs all aspects of the property’s maintenance, including grounds, pools, housekeeping, preventative, corrective, deferred, and emergency maintenance.
• Common use of computer skills; and able to use a smart phone (Yardi Mobile app)
• Ability to use hand tools normally used in construction, maintenance and landscaping including all chemicals associated with maintenance and landscaping essential job functions.
• Ability to properly utilize hand and power tools including but not limited to circular saw, power drill, bench grinder, hedge trimmer, key machine, paint sprayer and power floor cleaner
• Ability to use motorized vehicles/golf cart
• Able to work on call shifts, overtime, and weekend hours
• Willingness to wear company-provided uniform during working hours.
