Job summary

General Services Corporation is seeking a Service Technician 1 to maintain and beautify our apartment communities. You will keep buildings, hallways and breezeways clean and report issues, while assisting maintenance staff and delivering excellent resident service.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of janitorial/grounds experience, a valid driver's license, ability to pass background checks, and English literacy. Affordable benefits and a sign-on bonus await the right person.

• 1 year of janitorial and/or grounds experience.
• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Bilingual a plus—Must be able to read and write in English.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• A valid driver's license and proof of insurance required, along with a passing criminal background check and pre-employment drug testing.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the community buildings, hallways, and breezeways.
