Job summary

General Services Corporation (GSC) in Saint Petersburg, FL, is seeking a Service Technician 1 to maintain community buildings, keep hallways and breezeways clean, and support maintenance staff. English reading/writing and a valid driver's license are required, with at least 1 year of janitorial/grounds experience.

The role offers a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, plus a benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
