We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be technically proficient and experienced in commissioning and servicing Hot Water Systems, Chilled Water Systems, DX Systems, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Fan Systems, VFD's, and low voltage controls. If you are passionate about providing top-notch service and have a strong background in HVAC systems, we want to hear from you.
Candidates must possess a valid driver's license issued by the appropriate governing body within their jurisdiction.
Service technicians may be required to lift and carry heavy equipment, tools and parts weighing up to 75 pounds, requiring physical strength and the ability to handle materials safely to prevent injury.
Candidates should have the mobility to access confined or elevated spaces, such as crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and equipment enclosures, as well as the ability to navigate construction sites and various types of terrain.
Candidates must adhere to the company's drug and alcohol policy, which may include pre-employment testing and ongoing compliance measures to ensure safety while operating vehicles and performing service duties.
Service technicians should be capable of working in various environmental conditions, including indoor and outdoor settings, exposure to temperature extremes, noise, vibration, and potentially hazardous materials, while maintaining focus and attention to detail.
