CIDAN Machinery Group is seeking a Service Technician to support our growing operations in the Houston area. This hands-on role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining sheet metal fabrication equipment, with substantial travel requirements.

The ideal candidate is energetic, customer-focused, and eager to grow within a dynamic team while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal staff. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work.
• Willingness to travel 100% Monday–Friday.
• Ability to work independently in fast-paced environments.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
• Provide technical assistance and warranty support for in-field equipment.
• Deliver phone-based technical support via Help Desk.
• Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Read diagrams, schematics, operation manuals, and manufacturer specifications for installations and repairs.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring devices.
• Execute equipment installations and provide training to customers during installation.
• Collaborate with team members and departments to support organizational growth.
• Assist with additional service-related projects and tasks as needed.

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Service Techniciannear the Houston area to support our growing operations and ensure the reliable performance of customer equipment. The ideal candidate is hands-on, energetic, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment, while delivering high-quality service to customers and internal team members. This role plays a key part in upholding company values and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Requirements:

• Must be located in or near the Houston areaandwithin a 1-hour drive of a major airport (IAH)
• Ability to travel 100% - Monday through Friday, year-round
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. Passport; some international travel may be required
• Comfortable working in a variety of work environments
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial service work preferred
• Strong work ethic with a willingness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently while effectively managing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and customer service abilities
• Intermediate to advanced computer skills
• Mechanical and electrical experience preferred
• Roll forming experience preferred
