Aquarius Home Services in Appleton, WI seeks a Service Technician for hourly + commission work to support water treatment and home service offerings. This full-time field role offers strong earning potential through commissions and a team-focused, customer-first culture.

You will maintain readiness for calls, diagnose equipment, educate customers, document work, and collaborate with internal teams. English fluency and invoicing experience are required.

• Perform maintenance and repair of water treatment equipment with precision and efficiency.
• Uphold high standards for cleanliness and organization, ensuring work areas are left in excellent condition after service.
• Document all services performed, maintaining accurate records for customer history and future recommendations.
• Communicate and collaborate with multiple support departments within Aquarius.
• Stay current with industry advancements, products, and best practices to continuously improve service delivery.
