Job summary

Mission Rock Residential LLC is seeking a Service Technician at 45Eighty Apartment Homes in Dunwoody, GA. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and pools while delivering outstanding resident service and maintaining safety standards.

Requirements include at least 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience, a CPO certification if applicable, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of previous experience in property management maintenance, other building maintenance or related trade is required.
• CPO Certification (desired/required depending on property)
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform assigned repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, swimming pools, carpentry, drywall repair, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Ensures assigned work order requests are responded to promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings to ensure safety and cleanliness, alerting the Service Manager and Property Manager immediately to items that need to be addressed
