Compensation: $30.00 - $40.00 / hour

You Are:
  • Trustworthy, eager to learn and grow, hands-on, and passionate about fieldwork.
You Have:
  • Experience with construction sites, AV, Lighting, Shading, Control, and Networks.
  • Ability to climb ladders, use power and hand tools, lift 50 lbs.
  • Steady work history (minimum 3 years between roles), positive attitude, high EQ.
  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation.
Your Location:
  • Office: 3190 Airport Loop Dr, Suite J, Costa Mesa, CA 92626
  • Projects: Luxury homes in the surrounding area
Your Schedule:
  • Full-time (40 hours/week), including weekends, with potential overtime.
Your Manager:
  • Nathan, Client Services Director
Your Contributions:
  • Service residential A/V, Home Theater, Network, Control, Lighting, & Shading Systems.
  • Read and interpret floor plans and technical documents.
  • Understand wiring and signal flow.
  • Troubleshoot systems like Savant, Control4, Crestron, Josh.Ai, Lutron QSX.
  • Advanced networking and device troubleshooting.
  • Train clients on system use and recommend upgrades.
  • Provide excellent customer service and foster client satisfaction.
