Custom Truck One Source is seeking a Service Technician / Mechanic in Hooksett, NH. This on-site role focuses on PM and repair of truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment, including aerial devices and cranes.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts on a variety of vocational/utility trucks and equipment.
• Provide repair and maintenance to medium/heavy duty trucks, with background in hydraulics and electrical.
• Inspect and repair parts for various manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor to track costs and pricing.
• Submit work orders for supervisor approval to ensure budgets and costs are reflected.
• Follow safe work practices and participate in monthly safety meetings.

Hiring Service Technician / Mechanic to perform PM & Repair of truck-mounted hydraulic utility equipment such as aerial devices, digger derricks, cranes; construction, mining, farm equipment.

CTOS equipment includes Utility Trucks & Equipment, Boom, Bucket, Digger Derricks.

Monday to Friday, 7:00am to 3:30pm, with overtime as needed.

Must hold a valid driver’s license and mechanics tools.

Duties

• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged / worn parts on a variety of vocational / utility trucks & equipment.
• Provide repair and maintenance to medium / heavy duty trucks, and background in hydraulics and electrical.
• Assess, diagnose, repair and/or replace damaged or worn parts for variety of manufacturers of utility equipment to ensure quality standards are achieved.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records of parts, services and labor to track costs so vehicles can be properly priced and reflect the value of quality offered by the company.
• Submit all work/repair orders as required to a supervisor for approval to ensure budgets are maintained and costs of vehicle repairs accurately reflected.
• Perform all duties in accordance with best practices for a safe work environment.
• Attend monthly safety meetings held by Custom Truck One Source.

Minimum Education Required

High School/GED

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities

• Basic Skills:
• High school diploma or the equivalent
• Experience with diesel, medium or heavy truck, or related equipment. (construction, farm, military)

Preferred Skills

• Vocational Technical School or Military Wheeled Mechanic or related training a plus
• 3 plus years maintenance and repair of Utility Trucks and Equipment.
• Must hold a valid driver’s license.
• Must have your own tools.
