Job summary

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on Bobcat compact equipment; perform preventive maintenance; maintain tools and a clean workspace; stay current with product knowledge.

Qualifications

• General mechanical knowledge with hydraulics, electrical or drive systems preferred.
• Experience repairing equipment in construction, industrial, automotive, or related industries.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and be trained.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, hydraulic, electrical, and engine issues on Bobcat compact construction equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance and inspections per manufacturer specs and company standards.
• Complete service repairs in a timely manner.
• Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper operation and performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Atlas Bobcat products.
• Keep the Service Lead informed of current and potential issues related to service repairs, parts requirements, and customer concerns.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary and customary technician tools in good working condition.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all company and OSHA safety guidelines.
• Performing other duties as assigned.
