Job summary

Mission Rock Residential is seeking a Service Technician to provide excellent resident service while performing repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, and other building systems. You will respond to work orders promptly, inspect units for safety, and support the property team to maintain a high‑quality living environment.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in property maintenance or related trades, a valid driver’s license, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of maintenance or related trade experience.
• CPO certification preferred/required depending on property.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose problems and perform repairs in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pools, carpentry, drywall, exterior structures, and appliances.
• Respond to work orders promptly and professionally.
• Inspect buildings for safety and cleanliness; alert managers to items needing attention.
