Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience preferred but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ford Certification preferred but not required.
• Previous Ford dealership experience preferred but not required.
• Mechanical and troubleshooting skills with diagnostic equipment.
• Computer competency and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform work on the repair order efficiently per dealership standards.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to assess components and systems.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and A/C.
• Communicate with Service Advisor on additional repairs and time estimates.
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Education

2+ years of Service Technician experience

High school diploma or equivalent

Ford Certification
