This role blends hands-on work with leadership, ensuring high-quality repairs and excellent customer service on every call. Candidates should have 3+ years of commercial roofing experience, strong diagnostic skills, and a valid driver's license. We offer year-round work and compensation commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial roofing/service experience with leadership preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple service calls and priorities.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities
