Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• CDL Class A with Hazmat/Tankers preferred but not required.
• Physically able to lift 50–60 pounds, climb stairs, and squat/bend.
• Able to lift 50 lb. pails regularly when servicing assigned accounts.
• Team player who can perform physical work.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain the chemical program per SOPs and standards.
• Operate company vehicle when required.
• Collect and monitor oil and water samples from separators hourly.
• Bottle test chemicals with a micrometer to verify correct chemical use.
• Monitor chemical rates and adjust as needed.
• Track and report chemical inventory and upload samples to mPP.
• Email daily reports to Account Managers and Operations Coordinator.

SUMMARY

The Service Technician, Flowback is responsible for performing quality service in monitoring and maintaining the chemical program for Imperative Chemical Partners customers while ensuring the related SOP's, company rules, and standards or personnel conduct are followed. The successful applicant will focus most of their time on the following and must be able to perform all service tech duties.

JOB DUTIES

• Be able/willing to work in all types of weather.
• Be able/willing to work dayshift or nightshift.
• Be able/willing to work long hours.
• Be able/willing to work holidays.
• Be able to follow directions.
• Maintain good communication with the Customer and Account Managers.
• Able to Operate a Company Vehicle.
• Collect and monitor oil samples from a Separator hourly, looking for Emulsion or other issues that may arise.
• Collect and monitor water samples from a Separator hourly, looking for Emulsion, foam or other issues that may arise.
• Collect and monitor oil samples from a Heater Treater hourly, looking for Emulsion or other issues that may arise.
• Bottle test various types of chemicals with a Micrometer to ensure the proper chemical is being used.
• Monitor chemical rates hourly and adjust rates as needed.
• Monitor Chemical inventory.
• Rig up/down chemical pumps and equipment.
• Troubleshoot chemical pumps and equipment.
• Upload samples collected to mPP.
• Email reports to Account Managers, Area Manager, and Operations Coordinator daily.

REQUIRED SKILLS, EDUCATION & KNOWLEDGE

• High school diploma or GED
• Class A CDL with Hazmat/Tankers (Preferred, but not required)
• Physically able to lift 5-60 pounds, climb stairs or a ladder, and agile enough to squat and bend
• The account you would be servicing, would require you to be able to lift 50 lb. pails on a regular basis with no issues.
• Team player with ability to perform physical work
• Preferred Experience in the following: Well treating, chemical deliveries, Cleanups, and battery continuous injections.
