Consilium Safety Group - Service Technician (US)

Our mission is to protect lives, assets, and the environment through advanced safety solutions.

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Service Technician to join our team in the US. The Service Technician will conduct, maintain, test, and repair safety systems, including Fire Detection, Gas Detection, Navigation equipment, and Emission monitoring systems.

Responsibilities:
  • Restore equipment to operational condition, providing skilled mechanical and electrical/electronic support across all company procedures and products.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and commission safety systems, including programmable controls, power supplies, drives, gauges, and test equipment.
  • Install, start up, and shut down equipment following safety procedures and OSHA requirements.
  • Provide accurate technical support and coordination within the organization through written and verbal communication.
  • Assist in training co-workers and external customers as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic and mechanical principles related to equipment malfunctions.
  • Bachelor’s degree or minimum three years of proven service experience in electrical/electronics fields.
  • Knowledge of electrical/electronic components and equipment.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced technical environment preferred; well-organized with strong teamwork skills.
  • Ability to make accurate decisions under pressure, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Efficient operation within budget, proactive safety attitude, and commitment to safety and workspace cleanliness.
  • Valid driver’s license.
