Job summary

Xammax in Sugar Land, TX is seeking a capable technician to handle small to medium sized projects and troubleshoot service calls across the Houston Metroplex.

Normal hours are 7am-3:30pm, Mon-Fri. A company truck is provided along with health insurance (including vision and dental). Responsibilities include installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems 480/277V and 120/208V per NEC, with emphasis on safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to install, repair, and maintain electrical systems 480/277V and 120/208V according to NEC.
• Run tests on electrical components to ensure safe installation.
• Inspect electrical systems and equipment for damage, malfunctions, and safety hazards.
• Clean driving record.
• Coordinate materials and stock vehicle needs.
• Perform contract and time & material work order requests.
• Communicate job progress with dispatch department.
• Document time, material, scope, and follow-up.
