Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. is seeking a Service Technician for Denver on the 2nd shift to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair aircraft ground support equipment.

You will perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance on customer and company-owned equipment, and communicate safety concerns to management. Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of related experience.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and be able to obtain airport ID badge.

Responsibilities

  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures on aircraft ground support equipment.
  • Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or company owned equipment.
  • Diagnose engine mechanical issues and repair (Diesel, Gas and LP).
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic start systems using necessary schematics.
  • Utilize diagnostic software to troubleshoot Powertrain Management Systems.
  • Complete vehicle repair order and other documentation accurately to maintain quality standards.
  • Communicate safety concerns and customer requests for service to management.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Skills

2+ years experience
Valid driver’s license

Education

Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

Responsibilities
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment failures on aircraft ground support equipment.
  • Perform complex diagnostics, service repairs, and maintenance work on customer and/or company owned equipment.

Qualifications
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, technical certification/diploma preferred
  • Years of Experience: 2 or more years of related experience required
  • Must possess a valid drives license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport issued ID badge per the airport contract
Compensation and Benefits

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs. Benefits may include health insurance and prescription plan coverage, dental insurance, family building benefits In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $27 - $33 per hour.
