This job pays $18 - $23/hour PLUS bi-annual bonus, commission on parts sold, AND rotating weekend on-call pay. You will have a company service van and start from your home each day.

ON-THE-JOB TRAINING! If you have a maintenance/technical background, we will train you on the job. Plumbing and electrical experience very helpful, as well as institutional chemical experience. Service Technician Job Summary

The Service Technician is responsible for customer on-site installations, repair, and maintenance of beverage dispensing machines. Chemical responsibilities include the installation, calibration, and maintenance of chemical dispensers. Performs in-service training for all customers in assigned areas. Reports to Chemical Program Director. The Service Technician position will require to be on call on rotating weekends for emergency service calls. A clean MVR is also required.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Installs, repairs, and maintains beverage machines at customer locations.
• Installs, repairs, and maintains chemical dispensers.
• Selects the appropriate beverage/chemical machine(s), dispenser(s), and parts according to the invoice and service schedule.
• Explains proper operation and cleaning procedures, including in-service training when necessary.
• Performs emergency repair service (after hours, weekends, and holidays) on an on-call rotation basis

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, And Equipment

• Express strong troubleshooting abilities
• Ability to work independently
• Require holding a valid driver's license.

• Previous related service repair experience
• Previous route experience
• Experience working independently
• Associated degree with courses in communication, electrical, plumbing, and maintenance helpful.
