Qualifications

• 2+ years of service technician experience.
• Experience with refrigerants strongly preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude a must; commercial foodservice equipment experience is a plus.
• Occasional overnight travel during the week.
• Valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• High School diploma or equivalent; technical school training and/or EPA Universal Card is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Service commercial soft serve equipment, grills, and ovens at customer locations.
• Diagnose issues and perform repairs with a focus on reliability and uptime.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site and in company vehicle.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication with clients.
