Northeast Door Corporation, Located in Bow, NH, is looking to hire Commercial Door Technicians & Commercial Door Installers for Automatic Entry Doors, Manual Entry Doors, and Commercial Doors. We are hiring both Experienced Commercial Door Service Technicians and Installers or Trainees. Job Responsibilities:

• Service a wide range of automatic pedestrian doors falling under ANSI standard (156.19 low energy & 156.10 Full energy)
• Installation of conversion ADA automatic door operator units onto new or existing commercial door packages.
• Integrate sensors, modules, relays, among other accessories to to customers desired usage or upgrade to cover necessary safety standards not being currently met.
• Operate in safety conscious manner at all times while performing job duties
• Maintain inventory and organization of company assigned service work van.
• Install manual commercial door packages and associated hardware
• Work as an AAADM inspector for automatic entrances within both ANSI standard designations
• Perform service and installation throughout NH, MA, VT, & ME
• Work with low voltage electrical connections and integration with security systems.
• Emergency service on-call rotation coverage

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Able to safely lift 75 pounds over your head
• Commercial door and low voltage electrical experience ; however, we are willing to train.
• Must possess valid drivers license and good driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.00 - $37.00 per hour
