Pay Rate: $22.00-30.00/hour*

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial kitchen equipment using gas, electric, and steam, including grills, ovens, and freezers.
• Keep customers and branch offices updated on repair status and parts requests to meet or exceed expectations.
• Complete ongoing technical and manufacturing training/certification.
• Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage truck inventory and maintain service vehicle, tools, and uniforms to Heritage standards.
• Work a 40-hour weekly schedule and be available for on-call nights and weekends as required.

Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.
• Valid Driver's License and a safe driving record.
• EPA Universal Certification; CFESA certification is a plus.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics.
• At least 3 years of experience in the commercial industry; electrical, gas, or steam background is a plus.
• Valid Class E (or higher) Driver's License.
• Ability to work under stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent customer service skills.

Working / Environmental Conditions:

• Lift up to 50 pounds regularly; up to 100 pounds frequently; more with assistance.
• Repeated bending, twisting, kneeling, and climbing ladders.
• Travel to work sites daily.
• Exposure to hot grease and high-temperature environments.
• On-call weekend rotation (varies by branch).
