Williams Auto Group in Elmira, NY seeks an Automotive Technician to perform repairs and maintenance to OEM standards, diagnose issues, and complete service orders with transparency through photos and videos. You will use tablets and inspection software in a fast-paced, team-driven shop.

Competenze

• Previous Automotive Technician experience preferred.
• Strong mechanical and diagnostic abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-focused dealership environment.
• Comfortable using technology including tablets and inspection software.

• Perform automotive repairs and maintenance to dealership and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose vehicle concerns using inspections, testing, and customer information.
• Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately.
• Perform vehicle inspections using smartphones or tablets.

• Communicate with the Service Department regarding additional repairs or delays.
• Conduct road tests and final quality checks on repaired vehicles.

• Follow all OSHA, safety, and hazardous waste regulations.
• Participate in manufacturer and automotive training programs.
• Maintain dealership tools, equipment, and repair documentation properly.
• Support the automotive team with additional tasks as assigned.

• State Emissions & Vehicle Inspection Certifications preferred
• Valid Driver's License required
