Job summary

R & R Isuzu Trucks of Youngstown, Ohio is seeking Military Veterans with mechanical experience who are interested in beginning a rewarding career as an Isuzu Service Technician Apprentice. This opportunity is part of the Isuzu Veterans Apprenticeship Program (IVAP), a U.S.

Department of Labor and GI Bill-approved Registered Apprenticeship designed to help Veterans transition into the commercial truck industry.

Qualifications

• Must have military or civilian technician experience as per listed areas.
• Experience with diesel, automotive, or heavy equipment helpful.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug screening as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with inspection, diagnosis, maintenance, and repair of Isuzu commercial vehicles.
• Participate in on‑the‑job learning and apprenticeship requirements.
