Join to apply for the Service Technician Apprentice role at LIVunLtd.

Our Service Apprentices are leaders in the fitness industry and part of a skilled team that controls their career progression through our technician career path and other opportunities within the company.

Our Service Apprentice program is designed to develop individuals into Service Technicians. As a Service Technician, you will diagnose, service, repair, and maintain fitness equipment while delivering excellent customer service and representing LIVunLtd professionally. Candidates must manage multiple scheduled jobs for demanding customers and be the face of LIVunLtd.

Essential Responsibilities

Primary Responsibilities

• Travel to client locations
• Inspect, calibrate, clean, and test fitness equipment during service visits
• Evaluate equipment for repair; prepare parts list and labor estimates for quotes
• Complete repairs with ordered parts; test equipment for full functionality
• Communicate with customers about scheduling and equipment status
• Identify additional revenue opportunities from service, warranty work, and contracts
• Seek opportunities for sales of new equipment and accessories

Additional Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean and organized company vehicle
• Manage inventory levels and accuracy
• Perform vehicle maintenance as directed
• Follow company uniform policies

Skills and Qualifications

• Ability to lift/move fitness equipment and parts up to 50 lbs, some over 125 lbs
• Operate hand and power tools
• Valid driver's license, insurance, and clear MVR check
• Excellent work habits, punctuality, and professionalism
• Proficiency with computers, Microsoft OS, iPad, Wi-Fi, email, and mobile technology
• Enthusiasm to develop a career as a Service Technician
