Job summary

Village Powersports in Florida is seeking a Service Technician Apprentice to learn maintenance and repair work in accordance with dealership and factory standards to achieve high customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacement, fluid checks, and accurate inspections; teamwork is emphasized, with duties as assigned and a focus on safety and service

Qualifications

• A working knowledge of powersports.
• At least 1 year of dealership experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods; lift up to 50 lbs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Highly professional and dependable; safety-oriented.
• Basic computer and internet skills.
• Excellent work history.

Group Benefits eligibility for full-time associates is 1st of month after 60 days. The plan includes:
