ADT is seeking a Residential Service Technician to troubleshoot, configure, and program existing security and site automation solutions. You will service fire and carbon monoxide detection, networking, hosted video, and access control at customers' homes.
The role requires strong verbal communication, a customer-focused mindset, and a valid driver's license. You will follow wired/wireless procedures, test system signals with central monitoring, and help educate customers on protection features.

The Residential Service Technician’s primary functions and responsibilities are that of troubleshooting, configuring, reconstructing and programming existing security and site automation solutions.
What are we looking for?
The Pay range for this role is $24.71- $45.89 an hour. Position also includes company vehicle, gas card and incentive plan. Employees accrue up to 120 hours in their first year. Your accrual rate increases after your first year. We also offer 6 paid holidays.
