Job summary

Westbrook Honda in Westbrook, CT is seeking full-time Service Technicians to join our team. We welcome all skill levels from Quick Lube to Master Technician and offer excellent pay and benefits in a modern air-conditioned shop.

You will diagnose and repair vehicle malfunctions, document work, and communicate clearly with customers. This role reports to the Service Manager and supports a busy service department with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend service and repair information quickly.
• Ability to effectively communicate with customers.
• Knowledge of all technical tools and equipment.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.

Responsibilities

• Listen to customer concerns and offer technical advice.
• Diagnose the cause of malfunctions in engines, transmissions, brakes, exhaust systems, and other components of various types of vehicles.
• Maintain current fundamental knowledge of vehicles and related issues.
• Keep records and documentations of vehicle repairs.
• Maintain a safe and organized work area.
