Responsibilities

• Give input to New Product Development Teams on serviceability.
• Disposition warranty claims and ID parts required for service.
• Travel to customer sites when necessary (15–20%, weekends when necessary).
• Conduct extensive self-study to maintain technical proficiency.

This will include support with startups, assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, etc. for MJC products. Provide guidance to customers on product warranty. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Some of the work will require exposure to loud noises or fumes in the plant facility. Certain specialty issues will require factory support, this will require repairs to be conducted in the field. Field environments include but are not limited to mechanical/pump rooms, industrial/commercial facilities, and rooftops that require ladder access.## ## ## **Physical Demands**The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
