What You’ll Do

• Respond promptly to service calls, diagnose issues, and perform repairs or replacements.
• Use troubleshooting skills to resolve equipment or software problems.
• Complete detailed service reports for accurate invoicing and job tracking.
• Support systems integrations, upgrades, audits, and database management.
• Adhere to all safety and regulatory standards during service calls.
• Collaborate with team members to improve operations.
• Perform preventative maintenance on installed systems.
• Assist with servicing existing customers and small projects.
• Perform other duties as required.

What You’ll Need

• Strong customer focus and ability to work under pressure.
• Technical skills related to building automation, fire alarms, or electronic security systems.
• Basic programming and troubleshooting skills.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude with hand and power tools.
