Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Service Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for assessing and completing work orders related to repairs and improvements, playing a vital role in maintaining and enhancing our luxury apartment community in Washington, DC.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete service requests including electrical, plumbing, appliance repairs, carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new residents and ensure quality standards are met during turnovers.
• Participate in on-call maintenance rotations, handling weather-related work and emergencies as needed.
• Assist with maintenance operations and special projects as directed.
• Collaborate with team members to create a positive environment for residents, visitors, and staff.

Qualifications:

• Residential maintenance experience; HVAC certification and experience required.
• Ability to perform medium-heavy work, including standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and working at heights; lifting up to 100 lbs, with frequent lifts of up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance; access to property within 30 minutes for on-call requests.
